HOW TO LIVE A FULFILLED LIFE

I do not  know when you are  most productive in your day .When you feel like the energy in your veins has intensify .Like anything and everything is dowable and achievable at that moment  .This can vary depending with the time of the day ,the week ,or even a certain month .As for me I get this feeling more at night or late evening .I  know what  might cross your mind as you think about this  statement ,and  guess what ?!  whatever you are thinking might be right .In second thought what  crossed your mind ? do  you think am a workaholic , or rather  am a night runner ,did something crossed your mind that I might be a sex addict or worker or rather an evangelist or a choir master who spend her time fully in church. I would really love to hear your thoughts on this .  

How do you think energy and living a  fulfilled life coexist ?  Energy is everything in our life . With good energy  or rather vibration ,you can produce a high quality work, you can have good relations with your workers , workmates or lover . It can also enable you to get that tender you have been wishing for, energy can also determine the intensity of sexual  pleasure and orgasm , the level of spirituality  and leadership  .It also influence your mental health and wellbeing etc. This are some of the things that leads to a fulfilled life .So determining when your energy is high is very important .

Let it be known that my partner is an early person and also retire to bed early .For some time this has been a struggle for me . Picture this  I have a client and  wish  to work on the clients project .  Mostly  I would prefer doing this at the evening or night time .Since this is the time I know I will deliver best results . On the other side my  partner ,feels that this is the great moment for us to relax and enjoy each others company . Boom! that might be the beginning of a conflict .You might be wondering  how  I  have been able to live at peace despite this differences . This is how .

DO NOTHING

This might sound stupid to some of you or loss of potential to others ,but do you know  what ? it works and that is what matters . I love reading a lot  ,from novels to being a good student in class , even thinking of  furthering my education to PhD .  Reading to me uses less energy ,so I spend my day reading and doing some relevant research concerning my business . Which I have never been serious with .  when the evening set and am more energetic I use it, to prepare a delicious meal and spend it with my lover .By so doing am able to minimize conflict and maximize comfort 😂😂 .

NEGOTIATE

Living with people who understands you is a bonus in  life .Some time I find it difficult to compromise my evenings. This are the times  where I feel super ambitious .During such moments  , I have to strike a deal with  the people I live with ,on this case my babe .For example : I would suggest  he comes home early, either we eat out or I  make a delicious meal early in advance . Spend some time together and later,  have my evening to be more productive .This might not work every time , but it is good to try and meet halfway with your partner .Also creating time once in a while  for your lover or family its vital.

DEVELOPING A NEW HABIT  

Did you know  developing a new habit might be as easy as a snap , it can also be so hard .Depending with how you take it and the methods you use to achieve it . Am this girl who will promise that I will change . Let me share my everyday promise this is a conversation between me and my hubby , 'tomorrow I feel it will be a very bright and productive day '
'why ?'
'Am planning to wake up early than you ,do some meditation and devotion ,prepare a nice breakfast and start up my day with  a kick .'
'are you sure , the way I know you, that is impossible .' 
'So that you believe am serious ,I will set an alarm to help me achieve this .'
Sometimes it works but only for a couple of days ,before I fall back to my usual behavior .this has been  my biggest challenge . Guess what I am not giving up ,am still on the race and am sure one day I will write a testimony on how I have develop new  habits .

 ASKING FOR HELP

The words  'I need help' might sound so foreign to others . To some  it is   a taboo to ask a different gender  for assistance, some take it as  an act of weakness  . I think is non of the above ,for as long as we live in the same planet ,continent, country ,county ,house  we should learn to ask for assistance .As for me  when I have a lot to take care of  and I know  my productive timeline is not enough to achieve everything .I normally ask for assistance from my spouse .Sometimes he  might be hesitant  but with the right words and actions , he always help where possible, thanks😊 
.Lets normalize asking help from our spouses and loved ones  ."kiburi sometimes haisaidii"

 To sum it up to some of us their energy level is like a routine ,when they wake up they are more energetic and when evening strikes they are not  as energetic  and  vice verser . In some rare cases others are energetic 24-7😊 . Knowing where you fall in is important .Some of us spend our lifetime  cursing our existence . Feeling  depressed and thinking they are  lazy ,under-achievers , a disgrace to their family and many weird reasons . Guess what  that is not true .You are more than what you think .Take time knowing yourself ,  be kind and do whatever you feel like doing . Become your own  priority  . Let them fit in your circle  not the other way round . Hoping that some of this tips will help you live a happy fulfilled life.
